With a strong gastronomic vocation, it is also a wine without season. It goes well with fresh foods typical of the warmer seasons, but is well prepared to combine with strong dishes, namely oven-baked fish, cod, some meats and cheeses.

	Aspect Bright straw color and slightly greenish tone.
	Nose The aroma reveals the exuberance of the Encruzado variety, showing a more varietal nose. More floral at first, it reveals aromas of fresh fruit, apple and citrus with some tropical notes and wild herbs.
	Mouth In the mouth, its exuberance is remarkable and progressive. The balance between acidity and alcohol shows great elegance. Feel the discreet presence of citrus fruits, green apple and nuts. Good structure, with a long aftertaste.
